This is my first attempt of a recipe out of Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. I started off simple. I made the vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting. The recipe calls for soy milk, but I did not have any and do not like soy milk. So I tried making it with my homemade hemp milk. They turned out terrific! Even my husband who is pretty much anti-anything-vegan said they were great! SUCCESS!
