so i have read on two commetns of yours to people recently..youve never had/made seiten?? its really easy!! you just mix wheat glutem which is in the baking section of stores (have you ever seen "bobs red mill" products? he sells a one pound bag for about 7 dollars) then you mix that with some liquid (soy sauce, veggie broth etc) and then boil it. you can get all creative like haymarket or really simple like i did the first few times i made it. that one pound bag makes A LOT of seiten!!!ttysoon!
Oh wow! Thanks Carissa! I had actually totally forgotten about this but now I'm excited all over again! G and I are already looking at things on the site :) This only means that I'll have to host a giveaway soon too!

Ocean Siren
My sweet baby girl whom the Lord has blessed me with. All my life, all I wanted to be was a mom and now I am! I am lucky enough to be a stay at home mommy, so I can enjoy her every second of every day. She is the joy of my life!
Sonic
This is my handsome boy Sonic named after the song Super Sonic. I adopted him from the Hawaiian Humane Soceity. His owners surrendered him because he was "getting too big." He is a hyper, loving boy who loves long trips to the park or beach. I can't imagine my life without him.
Koko
This princess was my first kitty as a married woman. She was found as a stray and given to me. She is about 5 years old. She is named Koko, which means night in Native American. She is a little princess who thinks she rules the house. She thinks, no, she KNOWS that our king sized bed is actually hers. She's a sassy, timid tortie, but I love her dearly.
Nano
This big boy is named Nano. I found him under a shed as a baby kitten, and a dog was trying to attack him. When I found him he was so sick, he almost died. I had to nurse him back to health for months. He is now a huge 18.5 lb cat. He is THE most loving cat ever. He sleeps by my side every night.
Panther
This boy was found at the school by husband taught when he was a kitten. The janitor was threatening to shoot him, so my husband brought him home for me. He was sickly when we got him as well. Now, he is a rambunctious little boy who likes to "nascar" up and down the hallway with Rahjah. He also likes to eat lots of grass. Weirdo.
Rahjah
This is my youngest. He was a SCARShelter kitten, rescued as a stray. He was suppose to go up for adoption, but we fell in love with him. He is a naughty little tuxedo cat, who likes to bug his sister and brothers and tries to beat up Sonic. Although he is naughty, he is also a cuddle bug when he wants to be.
oh im so happy its her!!!
