I arrived in Omaha, Nebraska

Snakes!!! We cannot have them in Hawaii but I love them! I got to hold on at PetCo yesterday.

Looky looky what I found! I've never heard of it before, but I am in LOVE with this brand! It is totally vegan! Yay! The only thing that could make it better is if they were organic. Oh, and white chocolate wonderful is definitely SO wonderful!
This was my lunch of organic strawberries with some white chocolate peanut butter and a sandwich with a sprouted bagel, avocado, veganese, and nutritional yeast. Very yummy!
I found this too. They have every type of butter you could ever want in Nebraska.

Another short post but I wanted you to know I am alive. I will post more once I start cooking, then I can post some recipes. The sunset in Nebraska is a little different but still beautiful.

  2. Slithery snakes and driving with Peanut Butter on your lap. Guess I underestimated the great state of Nebraska. Shame on me!

(Just bustin' your chops. Glad you're hanging tough).

  3. Blueberry butter? That's incredible. Snakes are pretty special. Why can't you have them in Hawaii?

  4. Jenny- Blueberry butter is so good, but I think I still like pumpkin butter the best.

Shen- You always gotta come up with somethin wise to say huh ;o) So far so good over here!

Tiffany- You've got to try it! I have tried three different kinds and I recommend the white chocolate one the most I think. They are all so yummy though. Have you checked target?

  5. Cassie- It's something to do with the eco system in Hawaii. They are VERY picky about what animals they let in Hawaii. They are actually pretty picky about what plants they allow as well.

  7. I'm glad to see you are finding some good new stuff in Omaha. So fitting that your photo of the sunset includes a silo - I've never been to Nebraska, but I can imagine it would be full of silos.

  10. Glad to see you arrived safely! Now the real adventure begins. I love the peanut butter you found. We're terrible here, though. It rarely makes it onto slices of bread or on the ends of fruit; it usually is just dug out with spoons and inserted immediately into open mouths.

I'm glad to see you get to travel a bit. I've never been to Nebraska but peanut butter and snakes get my vote!

  16. The Spooky Vegan-For sure! Glad to see you stopped by, I haven't seen you in a while :)

Jessica- Yup tons of silos. Silos and corn fields, haha! I haven't seen any cow farms yet, but I am not looking forward to it either. I plan on adopting a cow if the home we get has enough land for it.

Ali-Yup made it safely! Thanks girl!

Evergreen- Definitaly! It was nice we could all be together again. My cat Rahjah loves my husband more than me I think, so he was happy to see him as well.

    Crookedmoommama- Thanks chica!

Blessed Mama- Oh I am totally feeling you on that. I've been like that lately too. Forget putting it on anything! It's so good alone.

Jessica- I have missed you guys too :) I love snakes. I have a really hard time with what they eat though. So, I am still trying to decide on that one.

Michelle-I would say try the white chocolate one first! So wonderful! I bought mine at Target.

River-So far lovin it! Everyone keeps telling me, just wait until winter.

Kimberly-Definitally so far. Thanks girl :)

Old Geezer-I will stop by your blog in a bit. God bless you as well.
