Green is goooooood!

Green Goodness

Organic spinach
Apple banana
Mango
Papaya
Chia seeds
Spirulina
Unsweetened almond milk
Stevia


Sprouted bagel with veganese, avocado, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper

Guacamole 

2 avocados
1 small tomato
1/4 a sweet onion
Cilantro (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Lime (to taste)

Dinner of an Amy's bean and rice burrito with guac & chips

Red raspberry leaf & nettle tea

Oh and keep in mind, this is just the green stuff I ate today :)

  2. I've been meaning to attempt guacamole and that looks delicious! I'm thinking about tossing in some basil and lemon instead of lime - not a fan of cilantro...

    Javelin Warrior- That would be different with basil! Let me know how that turns out! I usually use lemon too, but my dad has a lime tree now so I use limes :)
