Sprouted bagel with veganese, avocado, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper
Guacamole
2 avocados
1 small tomato
1/4 a sweet onion
Cilantro (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Lime (to taste)
Dinner of an Amy's bean and rice burrito with guac & chips
Red raspberry leaf & nettle tea
Oh and keep in mind, this is just the green stuff I ate today :)
Green is great! Love the avocado bagel - nooch on top is brilliant.
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to attempt guacamole and that looks delicious! I'm thinking about tossing in some basil and lemon instead of lime - not a fan of cilantro...
