ReplyDeleteso i have read on two commetns of yours to people recently..youve never had/made seiten?? its really easy!! you just mix wheat glutem which is in the baking section of stores (have you ever seen "bobs red mill" products? he sells a one pound bag for about 7 dollars) then you mix that with some liquid (soy sauce, veggie broth etc) and then boil it. you can get all creative like haymarket or really simple like i did the first few times i made it. that one pound bag makes A LOT of seiten!!!ttysoon!
